4. 08 January: start of the submission of abstracts for presentations and posters
   05 May: deadline for early-bird registration

If you wish to register at the Conference as presenters, authors or discussants of symposia

1. 22 March: deadline of submissions

   26 April: notification of acceptance / rejection

   24 May: all authors of papers and posters should register by this time

3. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration.

4. Submission of professional materials

   A participant may appear as first author on no more than two papers. In addition, they may act as a symposium chair or discussant/opponent once. Symposia, thematic performances, or posters may have up to five authors.

   To submit an abstract, please login with the e-mail address and password received upon registration under LOGIN – PARTICIPANT’S LOGIN. After logging in, upload materials under REGISTRATION - SUBMITTING PRESENTATIONS AND RESULTS MENU item.

   Presentation types

5. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address on the uploading of the abstract.

6. The first author or the symposium chair will be notified when the reviewers’ evaluation is published on the registration interface.

   Accepted presentations, symposia and posters will be published in the abstract booklet if the conference registration fee is paid.

7. Conference fee payment is to be paid to the bank account (see above)
