Registration process


If you wish to register as a participant:

  1. Online registration

  2. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration.

  3. Payment of the conference fee: online via epay.elte.hu

  4. December 15, 2025: conference website opens

If you wish to register as a presenter

  1. December 15, 2025 – January 25, 2026: Abstracts submission

    March 15, 2026: Notification of acceptance

    April 15, 2026: End of registration

  2. Online registration

  3. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration.

  4. Abstracts submission

    To submit an abstract, please login with the e-mail address and password received upon registration under LOGIN – PARTICIPANT’S LOGIN. After logging in, upload materials under REGISTRATION SUBMITTING PRESENTATIONS AND RESULTS MENU item.

    Presentation types

  5. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address on the uploading of the abstract.

  6. The reviewers' opinions can be read on the registration interface. The first author or the symposium chair will be notified when the review is published on the registration interface.

    Accepted abstract will be published in the abstract booklet if the conference registration fee is paid.

  7. Conference fee payment is to be paid online via epay.elte.hu (see above)
