Payment and invoicing

In order to participate in the conference and have your accepted professional paper published in the abstract booklet, please pay the participation fee by the deadline (April 25, 2026, 11:59 p.m.).

To pay the conference fee, please visit epay.elte.hu.

When using the epay.elte.hu system, the following steps are required:

• Read and accept the Simple Pay data management policy [Simple Pay adatkezelési tájékoztató megismerése és elfogadása]
• Read and accept the ELTE data management policy [ELTE adatkezelési tájékoztató megismerése és elfogadása]
• Start purchase [Vásárlás megkezdése]

• Select Faculty [Kar (szervezeti egység)]: Faculty of Social Sciences [Társadalomtudományi Kar]
• Select payment title [Fizetési jogcím]: conference registration fee: [konferencia regisztrációs díj] (bottom category in the drop-down menu)

 



 

• The quantity and unit price [Darabszám, Darabár] are selected automatically.
• After that, you need to enter any discount codes [Kedvezménykód] (sent by email upon request)
• Enter your billing information [számlázási adatok], then proceed to payment [fizetés].
